01Is the gas hose and regulator included?
Yes. Every grill ships with a hose suited to a 12kg LPG bottle. The bottle itself isn’t included.
02Do you deliver outside Bali?
Regularly. Lombok, Sumbawa and Sulawesi are served from our branches; other islands are quoted per shipment.
03Can it be built into a stone benchtop?
Most models can. Send your bench drawing or a photo and we will return a cut-out and clearance spec.
04How long does installation take?
Usually the same visit. We assemble, connect, leak-test and hand it over lit.
05What about spare parts in a few years?
Burners, ignitions, regulators, rotisserie motors and grates are held in stock in Bali.
06Will stainless steel rust near the beach?
SUS430 handles coastal air well. Rinse and dry the exterior monthly and keep the cover on between cooks.
